Pollenex Classic Dial Massage DM209K
This Pollenex Classic Dial Massage DM209K, circa late 1980s, is in very good condition for its age. It is in the opened, original, cracked and yellowed packaging. Though the hose has a kind of coating that makes it feel waxy or sticky, (this may be from age, or a quality of the manufacturing process) I'm very glad to have found it.
Apparently the original manufacturer of these showerheads, Pollenex, was bought by Conair. Though Conair does a great job with many of their products, hair driers for instance, when you read reviews of the showerheads currently on the market, their remake of this massaging showerhead seems to be a poor quality imitation of this original. I'm not sure why Conair thought they needed to make such drastic changes to Pollenex's sure thing. The Pollenex Classic Dial Massage showerheads are unique in the marketplace. I have used the handheld Pollenex Dial Massagers since the '80s and love them!
