  MIXED BAG REVIEW! The actual toilet seats were exactly as described, offered at a good price, and the delivery time was SUPERB. All good on that score. But COMMS were utterly PITIFUL. By that I mean, non-existent. No replies to Qs BEFORE purchase, during, or after. Nothing. Now't. Nada. This effectively cost me a few days of waiting, and also a few £ in unnecessary postage charges. It ALMOST cost the seller a 'NEUTRAL', but service was otherwise good enough to rescue the situation!

  Neutral review. Ordered a toilet seat, waited a few days and then got a message to say it was scratched and they'd refund me. I got refunded but they still have the listing up so I feel like if they're selling multiples of this toilet seat, they could of just sent me one that wasn't scratched.
