Compact, lightweight and robust/cheap enough to stuff in a bag
Great little camera, ideal beginners/back-up slr camera, takes ef and ef-s mount lenses so I can reuse all my 35mm film lenses. Look and feel of the camera is very similar to my EOS300, supper lightweight and cheap enough to get battered about without really caring too much.
I've bought a 22mm (ef-s) prime lens and its a compact package capable of some fantastic shots. Only real grudge I found is that its slow to take a subsequent picture after shooting the first, which for capturing 'that' moment with children is frustrating.

Great piece of kit
1 of 1 found this helpful Was looking for a replacement for a cheap and cheerful jack after it started loosing pressure and the wheels were so thin they were scoring the driveway. What a different animal this is, about 4 times the size with a handle at least 3 times the length, for home use you need a certain amount of space to keep and use it! Lifts quickly and effortlessly, much higher than previous unit, allowing axle stands at their max for more work room under the car. Also much greater control on lowering so you can ensure you are contacting the correct part of the car.
