Don't waste your money, this product is useless

Customer service was lacking!
Great product bought for my grandson, easy to work and even easier to turn off the parental controls, sadly it was missing the instruction manual....Argos suggested I go to the Nabi website and see if I could download one!!!
Not really the response you expect from a Multi million pound company....Customer service was lacking
