  Sold me a item that was stated new but upon arrival there was a part missing, he was very adamant that the description said parts missing but I have pictures that say otherwise I asked for a partial refund of £20 as the item will have to go into storage till I find another part down the line when needed, he said £20 for a plastic part? He said £10 or send it back it wasn’t my fault I got sent a item that wasn’t new he was rude and didn’t want to meet me half way very disappointed
