Excellent read for anyone with an open mind.
Personal favorite of all the Jampolsky books I've read so far. Content has helped me deal with life situations I'm currently experiencing in a healthy and enlightening way, and has made me a better person.

Excellent book, and rewarding experience.
Excellent book, if you believe in self-help, and you probably wouldn't be reading this if that interest wasn't in you. I'm currently reading all the books written by this author, and personally find them all very rewarding. You could spend hundreds of dollars getting professional help, or use this one book and apply the teachings described therein, and transform yourself, if you personally have a mind to. Everyone will not agree with me, but it worked for me, and I'm grateful that it has. Thank you Mr. Jampolsky, for this, and all your books!

Another great book!
IMHO you can never get enough advice on ways to increase your personal spirituality ..... if you're open to doing so. This book makes that possible, and that is priceless for me. I realize this is a highly personal thing for many, and I'm speaking only for myself.
