Great light!
1 of 1 found this helpful The Surefire G2 Nitrolon flashlight is a classic...they are no longer made in this version, so who knows how long they will be available. They are extremely durable and tough as nails and are built to last a lifetime.
The only thing I would caution buyers about, is with this particular LED "bulb" or drop-in, they get very hot if left on for more than a few minutes at a time. The good news is, they are easily changed out and exchanged with a multitude of various LED as well as incandescent light engines. Changing them out is as simple as unscrewing the head and taking one drop-in, or "bulb" and dropping another in, and screwing the head back on. There are also many different parts that are interchangeable with other classic surefire lights (such as the 6P, 9P, C2, M2, C3, M3, etc), as well as other brands, that share the same basic platform, so they are very easily modified to be the flashlight you need them to be.
