  Poor condition packaging and more importantly they have sent the wrong item. I ordered Komatsu Nana figure with box and they sent Osaki with no box. Poor response time, shipping updates were terrible, with so many positive reviews I’m sorely disappointed with how this has gone. I do hope it can be resolved quickly I will amend my review if so.
