Helps with Pernicious Anemia symptoms between injection
1 of 1 found this helpful I was diagnosed with pernicious anemia 3 years ago and in the UK doctors only give B12 injection every 3 months. I take B12 Jarrow every day also and take 2 a day when injection wears off which is after about 1 and a half months. Although I cannot digest B12 I use under tongue and I feel it keeps symptoms caused by lack of B12 at bay. Also and importantly they help me sleep. This is for sure because if I miss a dose, I don’t sleep!
