I received between 5 to 7 grain of kefir pressed so hard in a cheap small Ziploc bag that I could not even wipe them off the plastic bag. Krfir needs to be in milk and needs oxygen. I reached out to the seller and asked if she can send me more but in a different container and she refused. What does is to receive the same damaged packages !! Great value for the money!
I really like it, the book is very informative, I have 2 teenage daughters, and three of us are learning from if, i Highly recommended it, the investment on it is worth it.

Great product
I really like this mascara,it helps my eyelashes to look longer and fuller, I started buying it about 3 years ago and I got in love with it since, it's waterproof, last all day long and its easy to remove, I highly recommended.
