Sonic Adventure Limited Edition
Sonic Adventure moved the series into the 3D realm (not counting Sonic R, sinch it was a racing game); This game for its flaws, (mainly the camera and control at times), is a fast and fun adventure game. Featuring series' favorites such as Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy and a bunch of new characters you won't really remember, excluding the robot you can play as, its story was pretty cool. This game as slick and fast graphics even by today's standards, and the voicework isnt all that bad. (Okay, it is.) If you're wondering what makes the 'Limited Edition' so special, it was a Hollywood Video exclusive; It was available for rental only, 2 months before the system officially launched on 9/9/99. Sega used this to boost possible sales for the game and its ill-fated system. Also, a combimed total of 400 disc only copies were shipped to Funcoland and other game stores for use with their Dreacmast kiosks. If this game follows the tread of other rental only games,( Flintstones: Surprise at Dinosaur Peak for NES) now is definitely the time to buy. Especially with different sources claimed this as the rarest US released Dreamcast game, and one of the rarest overall. Look for its price to skyrocket over the coming years.

Star Wars: Masters of Teras Kasi
This is was the first Playstation game I ever played. I remember how exciting it was to play as Han and fist fight against Darth Vader. I remember its moving and vivid backgrounds filled with life. I remembered wrong. Its a sluggish, version of Tekken. If Tekken were terrible. Its redeemable factor is its a cheesy Star Wars fighting game, and its backgrounds do feature some neat movement that its era. Its worth a try if you've never played it, but dont spend too much, especially when Tekken 2 is a little cheaper.

Dino Crisis 1 and 2
Dino Crisis 1 and 2 take the Resident Evil formula and add in dinosaurs. Sounds like a perfect match, right? Believe it or not, alot of people (including myself at first) pushed these games off as cheap RE clones. You cant really blame us, after all look at all the RE clones that came out around the same time. After some coaxing from a friend to track these down for him, I played them after I found them, and I was surprised at how similiar, but different they were from the main RE series. Quick moving enemies instead of the stagging zombies, was a positive change, though I see no problem with zombies being slow (they are undead after all). With their Re-release on the PSN, these games have followed the price drop that Castlevania SOTN, MGS, and FFVII all received at their PSN re-release. Any collector should be buying now, because their prices will go back up once people tire of the digital copies, and want the physical copies, making them more valuable them ever.
