    Watch arrived broken and when I contacted Fitbit I was told that this watch had been activated in 2019. I bought the watch as new so the seller lied and sold a refurbished watch. When I asked the seller if it was refurbished they ignored me and said they would refund it. A refurbished watch means that you don't have any warranty with Fitbit
