Reliable and discrete storage at a great price.
Very discrete USB storage device, perfect for my needs to distribute video files. Read speed is good too, so playback was smooth on slower computers. Great price. To my surprise, it also comes with SanDisk security/encryption software on the device.
Only one downside - it's so small, it could be very easy to misplace when not in use, so I keep mine in clear ziplock bags.

Great sets at great price.
1 of 1 found this helpful Easy to use, once I'd read through the complete mini manual and understood the industry standard privacy settings. These only stop the units responding to other transmissions outside of your 'group', they do not actually scramble your own communications, and so could be listened to by a third party who are not using these settings.
An important point is to remember to lower the squelch setting on each unit which will then enable communication over a greater distance (the default setting at power-up is high squelch which is only suitable for close-range).
I bought a folding solar panel with 2 USB outputs for charging while camping away from an electricity supply. That worked perfectly too. Battery life seems very good. I'm a very happy camper! Great product.

Superior quality caddy with good design and build
Apart from fitting over my glass shower screen more tightly, something I required, this is a strong and well-manufactured item. It's predecessor, a chrome-plated unit from a different brand, flaked and corroded in just 8 months but this unit certainly looks like it will endure much longer. The transparent polymer sleeves (at the top) and spacers (near the lower basket) mean it doesn't rattle against the glass at all and sits perfectly in a level position so taller items don't topple out. The anti-corrosion surface looks like it's going to work as advertised. Worth the money!
