I really did not want to give a 5 star but the Walker itself I believe will be GREAT.
My problem was with the packaging. I do not know who packed it BUT. Apparently U-haul boxes were used and the box(package) was made with MANY parts of boxes. I kept cuttingcthructape and another small piece of box came off. I should of counted the pieces but did not. The water bottle holder. Back support, carry all were thrown in the box along with instructions. Luckily no parts were lost esp. The knot to hold water bottle holder in place.
When sun comes out and rain stops I'll take the upwalker out for a trial run and update this review.
