I remember this movie from my younger years and it scared the wits out of me. It COULD happen! In retrospect it is a bit dated, no cell phones, clothing etc.. But apart from that, it is fun to watch, no cuss words or slitting of throats and safe enough to look at with 8 year old grandkids.

Lonesome Dove…tiny desolate struggling town out West.

Great book..still tackling it all of its 800 plus pages. If you wanted to see what the West was like 200 years ago and could only pick one book..this would be it.
