bad design
It's ok but installation is not good due to the 4 pins that hold the globe. you have to remove the globe off the 4 pins to replace a bulb. basically taking it apart to replace a new bulb. I would not buy again

Dull & Diluted Pigment
Bought the large bottle of developer and have used it about 5 times with different shades of brown black red and last time 5vv for this review. Mixed equal parts left in for 30 min. No shine, dull seems like pigment is diluted. I had bleached lower area months ago for the ombre look. So i figured coloring over with 5vv would give me a deep violet color on those areas. Not the case. Not much violet going on in my hair. Loreal Feria does a much better job and provides SHINE. Cutting my losses not using this system anymore regardless of how much developer i have left.

Soft Glam
IT's beautiful and glam but does not put out alot of light. used 3 40watt bulbs and may change to 60 watt. But the shade blocks light, it's thick and light doesnt filter through the shade. I think it's perfect for a bedroom.
