    Please note I did not deliver wrong item .Royal Mail mixed up the labels even though I had clearly addressed them. Still awaiting compensation for redirection which I had to arrange and pay for myself.

    My feedback accurately describes what happened, though not sure whether money was returned, recall an email from seller stating I would have to cancel purchase for eBay to refund. Can only rate this as neutral.

    BEWARE I had no reply to my correspondence from this buyer when I emailed regarding collection. I therefore asked Ebay to step in and cancel the order . Ebay had never released the money to me , so if buyer hasn't received a refund needs to take this up with Ebay. If buyer had answered my emails he/she would now be the proud owner of some beautiful China. I also asked buyer to email me if after cancellation still wanted the china , so I could relist it and sell to buyer , sadly no answer .
