Make preparation to lose the cam driven fuel pump if equipped, as the thermostat housing obstructs this section of the cylinder head. 5mm of relief must be made to accommodate the choke housing on the carburetors. A 1/4" ball radius bit in a router will work, but use extra care removing small amounts of aluminum at a time.

Worth the money

I build things for a living, so naturally I knit pick over welds and critic the materials and construction. I'm very satisfied overall with this gym. I weigh 212 pounds and was concerned that it would be flimsy and I would outgrow it. The wall thickness of the tubular frame is plenty stout without being an engine hoist to put away. The fixtures and hardware are good and the design is simple. I was actually going to build one after using an incline cable gym for physical therapy from a work related injury. The affordable price of this gym saved me the effort with a device I was surely just as happy with.
