Ordered item on 7th December expecting delivery in 2-3 working days as stated but delivery estimated 2-14th January. Seller would NOT cancel the order despite my cancelling immediately. Book has NOT arrived. Seller did NOT respond to my request for a refund, a week after last due date, but EBay did intervene on my behalf and refunded me. 5 stars for Ebay, their service has been excellent.

Don't buy books from this seller! The seller sent me a fake book. It had pages missing, double pages, pages with marks etc. The delivery was delayed from what was stated initially, so I presume the book was printed in some far away country. I requested refund and the seller offered me £4!! The cheek of it!! Please read other reviews, it seems I'm not the only one it happened to. I wish I read the reviews about the seller sooner.
