one shortcoming
If you want to use it as a pin-type connector as shown in the picture, it's excellent. Easily screws down on a 12 ga. wire and the sleeve is a very tight fit. BUT, if you wanted to bend the pins to a 30 degree angle, as I did to fit in a recessed connector; it doesn't work. The pins will break off at one of the grooves.
