  This is a good and reliable seller. There were major problems with the parcel she sent as lost within a totally uncaring Evri where customer service means nothing. Trying to get a resolution via Evri has rumbled on for some time. Throughout that the seller and I have maintained good, cordial communication. Ultimately though enough was enough so it had to become either a refund or a replacement needed to be sent. That replacement has been sent, through Royal Mail and received ahead of schedule.
