Good value and effective
After reading other reviews, I was skeptical but thought the strips were worth a try as they’re so much cheaper than others. Tryst arrived within 48 hours and I was please to see my first few tests came out very purple, indicating I was in ketosis. I also noticed lighter colours when I’d reintroduced some carbs and sugars.
A month or two later, I’m starting back on a keto diet and the tests are a great way to keep me on track and they appear to be changing colours again.
I’ve kept them in the bathroom cupboard which is dry and dark and I think that helps.
Definitely worth buying at such a cheap price .
