Simply beautiful.
This book is beautifully simple. The writer talks about how he wanted to run out into the streets, screaming at people to inform them about his findings on hunter-gatherers and how they live a life free of anxiety and depression etc. That is exactly what the book does, it’s so stupidly simple I found myself in awe with what I was reading. Not to mention Jevan Pradas has an amazing sense of humour which truly shows his personality and humble self.
