1 of 1 found this helpful Hi, I have a hip pain from a ligament and muscle are sore .My acupunture was applying the cream and I liked it it gives a cooling effect and helps blood circulation .I received the product quiete quickily , ordered 3 to give one to my son . I like it very much still. No need to apply much it increases circulation end reduce pain while having acooling effect . My son saud that he loves it too as it helps him release the tension on his neck and releases the musculer cramps . I highly recommend it . Thanks
