About us

I set up this shop as a hobby.

My interest in jewellery and antiques began several years ago when a friend gave me some jewellery pieces/findings to make jewellery. I also loved watching the Antiques Roadshow on television.

However, I wasn't too successful in selling the jewellery directly to the public and didn't have the right space of time in my day to do this either.

One day at an auction I bid on a box of costume jewellery and won. This started me down the road of investigating the pieces I had acquired and I was hooked. My love for vintage & antique items increases by the day especially when you find the story of the designers or the makers behind them.

I also love the fact that we are reusing items that would normally go to landfill for absolutely no reason. I want to encourage everyone to start buying & wearing pre loved items as there is so much beauty in them, especially as they are then doubly loved.
