    Item arrived exactly as described in the original packaging. After installing them, they function properly, as advertised. Time in shipping was, well, It took much longer to arrive than we expected. Regardless, the price was the best on ebay. If this item is available from this seller again, I'll be a repeat customer.     First I paid nearly 700 dollars IMMEDIATELY. Then the item arrived nothing like the pictures posted. I paid for a device that was 2 years old and got a unit that was 5 years old. Seller used stock photos and did not post pictures of the actual unit I would be receiving. Was totally deceptive with the pics. I’ve never experienced a buy like this from eBay before. It was plain and simple a bait and switch. Not as depicted. Would never buy from this seller again. Buyer beware!!!

    I would highly recommend. I made a purchase of time-sensitive medical supplies, and he went out of his way to communicate quantities, arrival timing, and even helped me with a rush shipment. He then followed up to ensure I had received the supplies after he shipped them. That is beyond "customer service" - it is someone who cares, and it means a lot.
