Glas war zerbrochen. Verkäufer hat nach Reklamation komplikationslos Ersatz geschickt. In gleicher windiger Verpackung, aber diesmal war nichts gebrochen. Also TOP Kundenservice.

However the packaging is very unimpressive - I bought this as a gift but the packaging is not labelled and feels cheap. It was wrapped in bubble wrap type packaging and has arrived fully in tact. Great Seller but a little disappointed with the item as a gift.
