  Item was listed as new but arrived in very bad condition with lots of damage. Seller was rude and unapologetic when contacted and tried to imply that I had done something to it. They refused to accept a return. Really disappointing as was going to be a Christmas present. One of the worst experiences I’ve had on eBay.

  Item was not sent damaged, was a new book, I do not send out damaged items. I was not rude to buyer just declined not to send a refund, I knew that Ebay would advice the buyer to send item back and they would refund item and postage. I know that I would probably loss out in the end but I will not ask for return or refund of an item that I know was not damaged when I packed it and posted it off to the buyer. My conscious is clear
