great seller, great lens
1 of 2 found this helpful great lens. 28 80 f 2.8-4.0 is one of the greatest and oldest lens of canon. It produced 1989, it is the first lens which installed ring usm AF system. Also the color is so smooth and beautifil. the picture is sharp. the seller is honest and nice. the lens is like he shoewd, no dust, haze, physical damage on the body and the glasses. the rubber ring is okay, at leats I dont care it at all. great seller, great lens.

Chinese Knockoff? Good Cleaning, but supper strong sharpie pen smell. I worry about health impact.
The fluid has extremely smell. I spray the solution on my glasses and use a piece of cloth wipe it dry. The glasses very clean.
However, my room smell very bad. It smells like a sharpie pen. Later my cloth fully dried, but the smell is still very strong. I check my glasses, the same odor on my lens. I realize I must use soap and water to clean them all to remove the strong smell which makes me headache in some level.
Furthermore, the twin package were plastic wrapped, however the two bottle has hot glue in between to keep they stay in good shape. The cleaning cloth were glued on the bottle by double side tape. Also screw caps are not very tie.
I checked this item on Amazon, some also say it has strong smell. One of the reply said he or she purchase the similar item on B&H and it does not have smell as this. The write believe this strong odor solution is a Chinese fake version.
Personally I believe Carl Zeiss would not throw such a product out and ruin this name, and I think I need to try that B&H one to make a comparison.

very good for this price
It is a powerful amp. I have ihifi960, pk1 and jvc fxz-100. These two earbuds require high power, and e12a satisfies them all. Especially fxz-100, e12a improves it a lot. Also, e12a does not change the sound. It just amps the power but it doesn't change the original output from dac. Although, it is the "a" version, it also can be used for headphone such as dt860 and hd598 (one of my friend has 598). Both of them performs very well on e12a. It opens the sound of field lie 30%. The more important thing is that I can much easier to differentiate all instruments. I try them for classic music, all different kinds of drums, strings and others become more realistic. Low gain and high gain does not have much different in sound field matter, it just changes the output power. Usually I use bass off for most of the time. Once I turn bass on, it gains the bass, however the details or clarity of bass will loss in some level. Also, it is a portable amp. The size is very good for carrying around. I tie e12a and ihifi 960 together, they just like twins, quiet fit. The battery life is also remarkable. I use it for 10 hours on low gain, the battery doesn't die. I didn't try the max battery life, but I am very sure that 10-hour running on low gain will not be an issue at all. Overall, personally I think it worth the price.
