Life changing portability, amazing sound quslity
4 of 4 found this helpful Feels like the performance of a 2019 MacBook Air. Usually can find one for about $800. Love the new keyboard. Unfortunately, the one I bought had a broken key, so I returned it.

Perfect laptop
1 of 1 found this helpful I’m upgrading from a first generation Surface Laptop. While I really liked that laptop, the x1 Carbon is a much better fit for me. I love the lighter weight, the enhanced performance and the amazing price of the refurb units.
The downsides are battery life and heat/fan noise. The surface only used the fan during intense video games - though both fans are relatively silent. The surface felt like it got another couple hours of battery life over the x1 carbon.
