This device just slowed my whole network
2 of 2 found this helpful I bought this for the WiFi 6 functionality since I have a smart home with more 30+ devices connected. Problem is, the wired connection for the gateway drops to 100Mbps all the time. After a network reset it goes backup to 1Gbps then suddenly drops. I switched ethernet ports, have tried several brand new cat6 cables, and nothing seems to solve the problem. My ISPs modem throws a 250Mbps speed while the eero constantly drop to less than 75Mbps. Unfortunately I cannot return them, but I definitely do not recommend them.
