Well designed, compact for stowing.
Terrific bit of kit, Super fast boil super efficient, cracking cup of tea! Or coffee
Dont overfill the cup or walk off and do something else though, boild very fast and very furiously!

Compact w/a zoom with performance beyond it's price
5 of 5 found this helpful I purchased this to replace 12-24 which was lovely but too bulky and heavy for the sort of remote set ups I habitually use [Sports and horse racing below] this lens is a feather weight, compact, with negligible fall off in sharpness/performance from it's gargantuan £1000 big brother..
If you're outdoors on an FX body this is a super little lens.
You'll pay a huge premium for the extra low light performance, minor reduction in distortion and miniscule extra sharpness if you plump for the monster.. you'll know all about it if you're carrying it around the countryside too.
