You get what you pay for, and I mean that in the best way!
Gitzo tripods are definitely not cheap, but what you pay gets you are nice stable platform you can trust your camera to. Additionally, this "traveler" tripod lives up to its name in its super compact folded state. The only drawback I see to the compact design is I have to take off my Arca-swiss ball head to reverse fold the legs since it folds up so tight. I mostly use it in my home studio, but I expect it will be with me in my carry-on baggage for my next trip.

Surprisingly smooth and well made.
I didn't expect much considering the low cost but I'm quite impressed. This will make a great traveler and monopod head. All my Arca-Swiss plates are compatible.
