Not to Strong, Not to Weak
These T5's are at the cheaper end of the market, which usually means lower strength. However I think this is good as for the price you can take more than 1 or 2.
Not too strong that they give you the jitters, but strong enough to give you a boost in the morning or before a workout.
I take one half an hour before a run and they defiantly help with the horrible first couple of miles.
Never taken more than one at once like the bottle says.
