Not the same as the one I was issued in the military years ago but still good at the right price.
Like I said in the title not as good as the one I was issued years ago however at the bargain price it was a steal. It has a very very slight rock to it but apart from that its good quality and very light and easy to put up and down.

Very affordable quality.
I did the usual trawling through the lowest price option and saw all the tat on ebay and then found the RDX Ab Crunch Sling. I thought for a few quid extra I may as well get the named brand as I didn't like the look of the cheaper options. Needless to say I wasn't disappointed the straps are thick the padding is adequate and the steel hooks are of engineering standard. I have used this at 15 stone and it feels safe enough to have confidence to concentrate on the exercise and now I'm addicted to training abs its awesome.
