  The item was washed and the cashmere had shrunk. The seller provided the size, but did not clarify that the reason the item was so much smaller than the size was because it had shrunk during the wash. Very dishonest approach to selling on eBay

  Late mother-in-law’s jumper seemed small so actual sizes were stated in original listing. Buyer was unhappy with the jumper and was offered a full refund (more than once) but chose to sell on for the price paid. Buyer was refunded the postage so suffered no financial loss but seemingly wanted more.
