  I specifically asked the Seller to pack the hardback book very well and that I don't mind paying more for the P&P. He stated time and again he would do so, only for it to arrive in THIN BROWN PAPER, and a bit of bubble wrap. Book destroyed. Not sure if it went into the post that way or not as I discovered he had duplicates of this book, so I don't know if the photos were of this book or the other copy. He doesn't accept returns and told me whilst he's sorry, take it up with the carrier!!!
