Difficult to see

I should have gone for a white thin paint marker. I hoped this pencil would do the trick but it is not very visible and doesn't adhere well to metal surfaces.

Close but no cigar

The pliers are strong enough and have all the useful facilities' for there intended use. The price is low making them worth while. The only niggle .. hence only 3 stars is the Cutting edge on the pliers for cutting the welding wire. This is the item being used the most yet its the the poorest part of the pliers. The edges of the pliers just do not close sufficiently to cut through the wire without having to fatigue fracture the wire away. I am using 0.8mm flux core wire. It takes a very hard squeeze of the pliers and three wiggles back on forth to detach the partially cut wire, Ordinary wire cutters cut straight through with no problem but that defeats the point of the multipurpose pliers and is not something practical whilst wearing welding gloves. Its a pity because the rest of the plier parts are fine.
