Replacement for a damaged sensor

My Mondeo developed a fault with the MAF sensor and occasional cleaning with contact cleaner helped to elevate the problem, but eventually this "fix" stopped being effective. The secondhand replacement I ordered arrived in good condition and, once fitted, solved the acceleration issue with my car.
