Nice but noisy.
1 of 1 found this helpful It’s definitely a nice-looking fan, robust and not too difficult to construct. But I certainly wouldn’t call it quiet. The motor noise is very faint but it produces a lot of air noise - far more than the fan it replaced. I don’t think you could sleep with it on.

Caution: Yellow, not amber!
These bulbs work fine, no bulb failure warnings shown in the car and seem to have good build quality.
However, these are definitely "yellow" and not "amber" - consider that if trying to match other LED indicator bulbs in your car like those found on wing mirrors or in DRL-indicator combinations. They don't match the front LED-based indicators in my Volvo even remotely, which are much more orange than yellow.
They're also not anywhere near as bright as the halogen bulbs that I took out of the car.

Excellent fan
Love this fan. On the lower settings, it’s quiet enough to sleep with and the timer is great. On the higher settings, it moves air around pretty effectively. Nice that it has a remote, although the range of the remote is a bit hit and miss. Still recommend regardless.
