Nostalgic,historic,narrow field,anorak interest, engrossing
Bought as a present for my brother. It's a nostalgic book for real anoraks. The passage of time has allowed the great factual knowledge in this book to be recorded in great detail without the 1st hand trauma and greif being relived: after-all, each explosion was a disaster to each community in which it happened. My brother has pored through it with great pleasure. He'll probably get another Alan McEwen book from me for Christmas
