RCA RPSA05 Symphonix Battery Operated Personal Sound Amplifier New

Great Value and quality-

I had a pair of Oticon aids that cost 5K. They died. I got this to fill in and was surprised how great they are. I bought one and wish I bought two. Now I can't find a second one. I find these more comfortable that my expensive set. I like that the ear bud does not go into the ear canal. The volume control is wonderful. I did not have this option before. These are only slightly larger. Instead of a wire, the sound is delivered through a tube. I find this to be superior but be careful when you take off or put on your glasses. The tube can disconnect from the unit so you will to pop it back in. Not a big deal, just be mindful of it. I like that I can clean the ear bud and the tube. I like the sound quality. I like that it is not rechargeable. I like using batteries and this takes the standard 312 batteries that I used on my super expensive hearing aid. The sound quality is excellent. As you use it you find it easy to handle. the battery door is difficult at first but soon you get the knack. I have recommended these to friends and they tell me they are happy. I can't thank the Symphnonix enough for such a nice item at a terrific price. Before I found this particular item I thought I would not be able to have such a nice device again. It's really super. Thank you!

Urox is effective. I had surgery for Prostate Cancer in 2018; Radiation Therapy in 2019. I remain on medication but the medication does not stop leakage. I am active. I hate pads. I hate having to sleep with a special towel for leaks. After six months with Urox, I no longer need either. I take two capsules per day before dinner and no longer worry about leaking in the evening or during the following day. I am so grateful. I never thought it would work,

Very good value. Quality product

Great value when compared to hearing aid costing thousands. It is better than lower priced aids and the sound delivered is in the mid-range and not "tin-ny". Feedback is no greater than any other behind the ear device. It actually seems to be less than my former top dollar unit. Durable - have had for two years. Have dropped it many times, accidentally showered with it a couple of times ,has been batted around by kittens and is still clear. Controls continue to work well. Small and comfortable with very good battery life. Battery door is easy to get used to. Nice fit and finish. Love it! Good looking device, nice finish of seams, not cheap-looking. Easy to keep clean.
