Good product!
I have been using SkinMedica Lytera 2.0 for several years. Mainly on the backs of my hands. I believe it has kept my dark spots much lighter than if I used sunscreen alone. This product is much higher in cost when I purchase it at my plastic surgeons office.

Great product - I recommend
I have been using this product for 6+ months. I can't say for certain that it has improved my skin, however I am now also using the companion product that is suppose to fade dark spots. I'm hoping that together I will see a difference. Several lady friends have asked what products I use, so perhaps I should have taken a "before" picture. Both products feel good when applied and aren't greasy. I haven't smelled a fragrance on either product.
