Upon receiving the shoes, I noticed that both straps were damaged. I immediately contacted the seller via email, but it has been over a week, and I have yet to receive any response. This lack of communication is unacceptable. I expected better quality and customer service. I do not recommend buying from this seller unless they improve their product quality and customer service.

Lush oil
2 of 2 found this helpful I bought this oil after reading up on it for ski and hair benefits - my hair and skin suffering this oil absorbs easily and makes hair and skin soft, will definitely be buying again!! 😍
