  Not as described. In several places including the packaging it says this battery charger comes with a 12 volt adapter. There was no 12 volt adapter in the package, I queried the seller about this and this was the reply: "notice. If your not satisfied, return it." No mention of them paying shipping or anything else. I knew I should have gone to local retailer. Shipping was slow. Seller doesn't care. No tracking number for 5 days. Stated it was new in package, package was open when received.

  What this buyer failed to mention was my REPLY to him word for word was "I apologize. Ebays Ai wrote the description and I didn't notice it. If your not satisfied, return it." 1) I owned up to the wrong description posted and i apologized 2) I told him to return it which he would of got a full refund Instead of resolving it he writes a neg review

  Love it for opening mail. But I live 5 hours from seller and it took 7 days to get here. Doesn't come if it's not put in the mail Usually 3 days anywhere on the east coast. I've gotten products from Alaska and Hawaii from time it was ordered till it came 7 days total. While Covid was going on. Not purchase from seller again.Should be mailed from any seller within 24 hours of order. Nobody is that busy.

  Customer is complaining about receiving the item 7days after purchase. Which i might add was (free shipping) He did also buy on a Saturday which post office is closed on Sundays. Product listing had an estimated delivery date which he did not clearly read. This isn't amazon prime
