  Item arrived damaged due to poor packaging, a heavy metal object in a box far too large allowing it to bounce around during transport, seller blamed the courier, then accused me of basically lying about the packaging. The seller offered no solution and expected me to return the item to him at my expense. never encountered a seller so unconcerned about his customers or service. Really, really poor.
