  Item arrived well packaged and quickly, unfortunately it didn’t work so not as described. Seller was very apologetic, offered a full refund and paid the money back to my account quickly without fuss. Had the item worked this would have been a good value item, but as such was not. Based on the seller communication I would have no problem using this seller again, despite the problems, but have had to leave neutral feedback based on this experience.

  What a genuine lovely seller. Unfortunately the gloves didn’t arrive in time but did arrive so be aware if you are time restricted. It the seller’s fault as he updated eBay to say when he had posted them and gave a tracking number. Sadly Royal Mail let him down and even when delivered didn’t update the tracking. The seller couldn’t have been more apologetic and responsive and offered a replacement or a refund immediately. I would certainly buy from again. Thank you.

  The Sunscreen was delivered quickly well boxed and packed and arrived well intact. The only downside was that the use by date had only 2 months left on it, best end of July 2025. No way would my wife use that in such a short period time. Apart from that all good.
