Kodak: Cheap, Easy and the Best
Ouch!
This product has been discontinued manufacturing by the Kodak Company.
I got it few years back and found to be very nice and handy despite its "bulky" appearance. A great stuff for point and shoot. The best thing is 12X zoom capabilities in very reasonable price.

How to insert it into the rain barrel? Look up into the youtube/online. Easy!
