Upon inspection someone previously tried to lever off PCH heatsink and put a very deep gouge in the circuit board. So yes faulty as described, not repairable, good for parts only. The best value G1/4 fittings.
These are by far the best fitting available for the price, very stiff rotary fittings which is important with long pipes. Buy with confidence.

12nm AF Refresh much better then original 1600!
