  A week after my purchase, the seller contacted me to say they had forgotten to send the item. The following week, they informed me that they only had one of the two items and had refunded the entire order. However, I didn’t receive the refund until I expressed my frustration with them.   Extremely helpful. I now little about 'modern' computers being born in the DOS era, those were the simple days when computers never crashed. I needed a PC to run a new graphics card and these people helped me and also advised that I would need to upgrasde the power supply. They replied quickly to emaisl and provided good advice, some of which I didn't know I needed. Buying a computer from eBay is thwart with doubts but I would certainly use this ebayer again.
